EPA Approves Washington State's Air Quality Plan for Yakima, CO Redesignation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Washington's request to redesignate the Yakima carbon monoxide nonattainment area to attainment, and its corresponding maintenance plan, as a direct final rule without prior proposal, due to the lack of anticipated adverse comments.
