National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection to Hold Public Meeting

The National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection will host a public meeting on November 6-7, 2002, to review and discuss key issues related to meat and poultry inspection, including workforce education and training, E. coli 0157:H7 developments, and state inspection program evaluation procedures.
