FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to rule on an application to collect and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport in Texas, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Federal Aviation Regulations.
