Security Zones; Port of San Diego, CA

The Coast Guard proposes to establish moving and fixed security zones around and under all cruise ships that are located in the Port of San Diego. These proposed security zones are needed for national security reasons to protect the public and ports from potential terrorist acts. Entry into these zones will be prohibited, unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port San Diego.
