Revisions to Hazardous Materials Incident Reporting Requirements and Form

The US Department of Transportation's RSPA has contracted a professional form development contractor to redesign the Hazardous Materials Incident Report Form, with the goal of electronic, internet-based reporting, and is expected to complete the project by December 31, 2002.
