EPA Publishes Status Report on New Chemical Receipt and Review Under TSCA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a status report on the receipt and review of premanufacture notices (PMNs) and test marketing exemptions (TMEs) for new chemicals, covering the period from September 12, 2002, to September 30, 2002. The report details the chemicals under review and the notices of commencement to manufacture those chemicals.
