Micro Photonix Integration Corporation to Lose Patent License Over Default

The US Department of the Navy has announced its intention to terminate a non-exclusive patent license granted to Micro Photonix Integration Corporation, citing the Licensee's default of the license agreement, effective June 6, 2000, for U.S. Patents 4763272, 51215453, and 5652819.
