EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Pollution Control District Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District's (ICAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate volatile organic compound emissions from specific industrial operations, in compliance with the Clean Air Act of 1990.
