EPA Approves Mississippi's Negative Declaration for Small Municipal Waste Combustion Units

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State of Mississippi's negative declaration for small Municipal Waste Combustion (MWC) units, which certifies that such units do not exist in the state, and will finalize the approval without a prior proposal if no adverse comments are received.
