EPA Approves Iowa's State Implementation Plan Revision to Control Air Pollution

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the state of Iowa's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP), which will make orders and permits issued to control particulate matter (PM 10) emissions from Holnam, Inc. and Lehigh Portland Cement Company at Mason City, Iowa, federally enforceable.
