EPA Approves Iowa State Implementation Plan Revision to Control PM 10 Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the state of Iowa, which aims to reduce particulate matter (PM 10) emissions from two industrial facilities in Mason City, Iowa, operated by Holnam, Inc. and Lehigh Portland Cement Company.
