Connotton Valley Railway, Inc. Seeks Exemption to Lease and Operate Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway

Connotton Valley Railway, Inc. has submitted a request to the Surface Transportation Board for an exemption to lease and operate Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway Company's assets, allowing the two railroads to collaborate on certain rail services.
