EPA to Review Federal Plan Requirements for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request related to federal plan requirements for municipal solid waste landfills that were in operation before May 30, 1991, and have not undergone significant modifications since then.
