FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for U.S. Route 31 Corridor Improvements in Indiana

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public that an Environmental Impact Statement will be prepared for highway improvements along the U.S. Route 31 corridor in Kokomo, Indiana, which spans across Howard and Tipton counties.
