McNary-John Day Transmission Line Project Transmission Line Construction to Begin in 2003

The U.S. Department of Energy has announced the availability of the Record of Decision (ROD) to construct the McNary-John Day Transmission Line Project, a 79-mile high-voltage transmission line connecting two substations in Washington and Oregon, to support the transmission of new power generated in the region.
