Corrected Effective Date for Secondary Aluminum Production Emission Standards

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected an error in the effective date of final rule amendments to the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for secondary aluminum production. The corrected effective date is September 24, 2002, as originally published, despite an incorrect notice published on November 25, 2002.
