EPA Removes Hazardous Air Pollutants from Clean Air Act List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revised the list of hazardous air pollutants under the Clean Air Act, removing five area source categories and an additional category of Open Burning of Scrap Tires, effective immediately, without public comment.
