Bureau of Reclamation Issues Final Environmental Impact Statement for Colorado River Implementation Agreement

The Bureau of Reclamation has released a final environmental impact statement for the Implementation Agreement, Inadvertent Overrun and Payback Policy and Related Federal Actions, which outlines the terms for the Secretary of the Interior to deliver Colorado River water to participating southern California water agencies.
