EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Plan to Reduce Carbon Monoxide Emissions in Allegheny County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Pennsylvania's plan to redesignate the carbon monoxide nonattainment area in Allegheny County and maintain the national ambient air quality standard, following a request submitted in 2001.
