National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Proposes Access to Marine Mammal Tissue Samples for Scientific Research

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is proposing a protocol to allow researchers to access tissue samples from the National Marine Mammal Tissue Bank (NMMTB) for studies aligned with the NMMTB's goals and the Marine Mammal Health and Stranding Response Program (MMHSRP), with the aim of facilitating public comment on the proposal.
