FEMA Submits Proposed Information Collection for Offsite Radiological Emergency Planning

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted a proposed information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance, related to certification requirements for commercial nuclear power plants in the event of a 'decline or fail' situation, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
