Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act Provisions; Application for Exempted Fishing Permits (EFPs) - Preliminary Approval and Proposed Issuance of EFPs

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced that it proposes to issue six exempted fishing permits (EFPs) to allow vessels to catch and study offshore lobsters in the Northeastern United States, pending further review and consultation.
