OPM Submits Revised Information Collection for OMB Review

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is requesting review of a revised information collection, the Generic Survey Plan, which will be used for customer satisfaction surveys across OPM programs and services. The plan aims to streamline survey processes, with an estimated 3.997 million surveys completed annually from FY 2003 to FY 2005.
