Security Zones; St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands

The Coast Guard is establishing temporary security zones 50 yards around all cruise ships in the Port of Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands. These security zones are needed to protect the public and the Port of Charlotte Amalie from potential subversive acts.
