EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for Nazcon Concrete Superfund Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement with NAZCON, Inc. to resolve past response costs at the Nazcon Concrete Superfund Site in Maryland, with the company agreeing to pay $15,000 to the EPA Hazardous Substance Fund.
