Waiver Procedures for Debts Resulting From Erroneous Payments of Pay and Allowances

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) proposes procedures for considering waiver applications for debts exceeding $1,500 resulting from erroneous payments of pay and allowances, following a delegation of authority from the Secretary of Defense to the General Counsel.
