Riverside County Agencies Seek Public Comment on Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Habitat Conservation Plan

The County of Riverside and 14 western Riverside County cities have applied to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for an incidental take permit to authorize the incidental take of 146 species in a 1.26 million-acre conservation plan area, with a proposed permit term of 75 years.
