FCC Revises Auction Start Date for Licenses for Cellular Unserved Service Areas, Seeks Comments on Auction Procedures

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has revised the start date for Auction No. 47, added three more licenses to the auction inventory, and is seeking public comment on procedural issues related to the auction of these additional licenses, including reserve prices and minimum opening bids.
