Government Securities Clearing Corporation and MBS Clearing Corporation File Proposed Rule Changes for Merger to Form Fixed Income Clearing Corporation

The Government Securities Clearing Corporation and MBS Clearing Corporation have submitted a proposal to merge MBS Clearing Corporation into the Government Securities Clearing Corporation, with the aim of forming the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation.
