Antidumping Proceedings: Affiliated Party Sales in the Ordinary Course of Trade

The US Department of Commerce is updating its approach to determine whether sales to affiliated parties in the comparison market are made in the ordinary course of trade, which could impact calculations of normal value in antidumping proceedings. The changes will be implemented according to a specified schedule.
