Delta, Northwest, and Continental Submit Code-Sharing and Frequent-Flier Agreements for Review Under 49 U.S.C. 41720

Delta Air Lines, Northwest Airlines, and Continental Airlines have submitted agreements for review by the Department of Transportation, which must be reviewed at least 30 days before their proposed effective date, in accordance with 49 U.S.C. 41720.
