Revocation of Delegation of Authority to Execute Legal Instruments Pertaining to Section 312 Rehabilitation Loans

The Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) revoked the President of Ginnie Mae's authority to execute legal documents related to Section 312 rehabilitation loans, effective May 22, 2002, and subsequently redelegated this authority to other officials.
