ILCO Superfund Site in Leeds, AL: EPA Proposes Settlement with Voltex Batteries, Inc. for $30,000

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement with Voltex Batteries, Inc. for $30,000 to address environmental contamination at the ILCO Superfund Site in Leeds, Alabama, in exchange for the company's agreement not to be sued for response costs.
