Grant of Individual Exemptions for Twin City Iron Workers Apprenticeship and Training Fund (the Trust Fund) from Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (IRC) Prohibited Transaction Restrictions

The Department of Labor has granted exemptions to the Twin City Iron Workers Apprenticeship and Training Fund from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under ERISA and IRC, following a public notice and comment period.
