Milk in the Pacific Northwest Marketing Area; Interim Order Amending the Order

The US Department of Agriculture has issued an interim order amending the Pacific Northwest Federal milk order, implementing changes to the pooling provisions for cooperative manufacturing plants and the 'touch-base' standard for producer milk deliveries. The order has been approved by more than 90% of producers in the region.
