U.S. Government Publishes Draft Regulations for Hydroelectric Licensing under the Federal Power Act, Announces Stakeholder Meeting

The U.S. government has released draft regulations for hydroelectric licensing under the Federal Power Act, and will hold a stakeholder meeting to discuss the proposal, following a forum on the topic
