FHWA Corrects Traffic Control Device Color Specifications

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has revised the color specifications for retroreflective sign and pavement marking materials on federal-aid and other streets and highways, correcting a rule published in 2002 and making a typographical error in one of the color tables.
