Navy Rule Changes Professional Conduct of Attorneys

The Navy has updated its regulations for attorneys practicing under the supervision of the Judge Advocate General to ensure professional oversight of judge advocates, military trial and appellate judges, and other lawyers in Navy proceedings and legal programs.
