U.S. Coast Guard Approves Modernization of National Distress and Response System

The U.S. Coast Guard has approved its Supplemental Program Environmental Assessment and made available its Finding of No Significant Impact for the modernization of the National Distress and Response System, also known as Rescue 21, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the Council on Environmental Quality's Regulations.
