EPA Approves Missouri State Implementation Plan Revision for St. Louis Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the state of Missouri, which includes changes to the solvent metal cleaning rule applicable to the St. Louis area, as a direct final rule without prior proposal.
