Opportunity for Designation of Official Agencies in Kansas, Minot, and Tri-State Areas and Request for Comments

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is seeking applications from interested parties to provide official services in Kansas, Minot, and Tri-State areas, with designations set to expire in June 2003. GIPSA also invites comments on the services provided by currently designated agencies in these areas.
