U.S. Department of the Interior Publishes Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Oil and Gas Lease Sales in Gulf of Mexico

The U.S. Department of the Interior's Minerals Management Service has released a draft environmental impact statement for two proposed oil and gas lease sales in the Eastern Planning Area of the Outer Continental Shelf in the Gulf of Mexico.
