EPA Revokes Area Source Categories for Hazardous Air Pollutants

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revised the list of area source categories for hazardous air pollutants (HAP) under the Clean Air Act, adding 23 new categories and fulfilling a requirement to identify and list categories representing 90% of HAP emissions, without seeking public comment.
