Notice of Draft Environmental Impact Statement Availability for J.L. Storedahl & Sons, Inc. Permit Application

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service have made available a draft Environmental Impact Statement for J.L. Storedahl & Sons, Inc.'s application for incidental take permits under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, which includes a Habitat Conservation Plan and Implementing Agreement.
