EPA Proposes Federal Plan for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incinerators Without State or Tribal Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a federal plan to implement emission guidelines for commercial and industrial solid waste incinerators in states and Indian country without effective state or tribal plans, which are due by December 1, 2001.
