IRS Grants Final Exemption to Certain Pension Transactions Under Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued a final exemption from prohibited transaction restrictions for certain pension transactions, as part of the Department's Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program, which was first published in the Federal Register on March 28, 2002.
