Filing Dates for the Hawaii Special Election in the 2nd Congressional District

The state of Hawaii has scheduled a special election on January 4, 2003, to fill the vacant seat in the Second Congressional District, which was previously held by the late Representative Patsy T. Mink, who was re-elected on November 5, 2002. Committees involved in the election must submit pre- and post-election reports.
