SBA Grants Class Waiver of Nonmanufacturer Rule for Positive Airway Pressure Devices and Supplies Manufacturing Industry

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is granting a class waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) for Positive Airway Pressure Devices and Supplies Manufacturing, a U.S. industry that primarily manufactures Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices and Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure (BiPAP) devices to treat sleep apnea.
