U.S. Department of Labor Announces Eligibility for Worker Adjustment Assistance and NAFTA Transitional Adjustment Assistance

The U.S. Department of Labor has issued a notice determining the eligibility of certain workers to apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance and NAFTA Transitional Adjustment Assistance, programs designed to support workers affected by plant closures or mass layoffs.
