EPA Finalizes Changes to Drinking Water Regulations for DEHA and DEHP

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized minor revisions to the Public Notification Rule and the Consumer Confidence Report Rule under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), making changes to health effects language for di(2-ethylhexyl) adipate (DEHA) and di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), as well as corrections to Appendix A of the CCR Rule.
